Filler masterbatch (also known as calcium carbonate filler or “Calpet” for short) is amongst the most common plastic fillers in the manufacturing industry. It is the combination of calcium (CaCO3), plastic resin, and other special additives in accordance with a client’s requirements.
Filler masterbatch not only reduces plastic production costs by replacing a part of virgin polymer during each process but also improves both the physical and chemical properties of finished plastic products.
